Habit 3 – Put First Things First • Make a list of the major things that you need to do this week (school, tests, doctor appointments, family events, practices, etc.) • Now, block out the time that you need for each of those things this week. Include: • Time for the actual activity • Time to prepare for the activity • Time to get to and from the activity

Write Goals for Your Mission • Identify your biggest time-wasters. Write a list of the top five. • Identify ways that you can fix times where you waste time. • Think of something you’ve procrastinated (put-off) for a long time but is very important to you. List at least one, and write an explanation of how you could find time to do this thing. • Identify a fear that is holding you back from reaching your goals. List that thing, along with some ways that you could overcome this fear (maybe by using baby steps).
