  2. 3. Go to the PCSO website On the URL address box, type http://www/pcso.gov.ph

  3. 4. On the PCSO website, click the Web Mail tab Note: A security certificate error will be displayed on the screen For Internet Explorer 5. Click the “Continue to this website (not recommended” option

  4. For Google Chrome Click the “Proceed Anyway” button

  5. For Mozilla Firefox Click the I Understand the Risks option

  6. Logging in to Outlook Web App Account 6. Choose or click the “This is a private computer” option 7. Type the assigned username and password and click the log on button

Checking, creating and sending E-mail Navigation or Folder Pane The Navigation Pane is the column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes sections such as Favorites, Mailbox, Calendar and Contacts. Message Pane Massage pane is the column at the middle Of the Outlook window where the contents of the Navigation pane is being displayed Reading Pane Reading pane is the column at the right side of the Outlook window where you can preview messages in your Inbox or other mail folders, like Sent Items or Drafts

  10. If you wish to attach a file to a message, 13. click Attach File command on the ribbon. A pop up window will appear On the screen 14. Click the Browse button and locate the file you wish to attach 15. Click the attached button

  11. To verify if the file has been attached, 16. check the Attach field. The file should be inside the Attachment field If done, 17. click the Send button
