Problem Statement • The movement for environmental preservation calls for efficient daylighting systems in households. A system was designed for homeowners with regards to adequate lighting, comfortable climate, and “green” design.

Engineering Analysis • The basic construction of the house would cost $24250.00. This is a very reasonable price to build the daylighting system.
Concluding Remarks • The components included meet the customer needs. Adequate light is provided through well placed windows and light tubes. The climate inside the house is maintained through window placement and a green roof.
