GETTING THE WORLDOUT OF OUR LIVES • Matt 16:24-27 24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. 26 What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? 27 For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father's glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done.

IMPORTANT BIBLE PRINCIPLE • Rom 6:6-7 6 For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin 7 because anyone who has died has been freed from sin. • Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. QUESTION: WHEN CAN I PASTE THE PAGES BACK? • Behaviorist’s say it takes 21 days to break a habit. • When you believe after study and application you can continue life dead to self & alive to Christ. • When your will is in harmony with God’s will. • When you have been tested and have not taken offense. • When your temper and anger are under control. • When you have forgiven all and no caustic, judgmental or abusive word has passed your lips in 21 days. • When Christ is alive in you & prayer protects you if not. • Be careful with the scotch tape & take your time.

A BIBLE PRINCIPLE • Matt 10:32-38 "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven. 34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to turn "'a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law 36 a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.‘ 37 "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; 38 and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. • TEAR OUT P/3

  7. LOCATE THE PRINCIPLE • Mal 3:7-12 7 Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you," says the LORD Almighty. "But you ask, 'How are we to return?‘ 8 "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?' "In tithes and offerings. 9 You are under a curse-- the whole nation of you-- because you are robbing me. 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. • TEAR OUT PAGE 4

Money Has a Mission paste back when you.. • Realize your welfare is only part of it’s mission • Recognize God is the true source of our income? • Know money is testing our faith & stewardship. • Remember what Jesus gave from His carpentry income before he began His mission at age 30? • The old testament under which Jesus would give as a sinless Jew, was 10% (tithe) of his income, Plus • 10% to support Jewish widows & orphans, Plus • 10% every third year for Gentile widows and orphans. • Jesus total 23%, if you give cheerfully near that. • Be generous, with the tape & yourself.

THE GREAT PRINCIPLE • 1 Cor 13:1-8 1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails • TEAR OUT PAGE 5

After study and application PASTE IF • If you’ve been patient for 21 days & continue. • Kind at every opportunity the next 21 days. • Didn’t envy or boast during the next 21 days. • Had no personal pride nor boasting in the next 21. • Not rude or selfish, or easily angered for next 21. • Kept no records of wrongs done you for 21. • Used love to protect, trust, hope & persevere for 21. • In 21 weeks you’re a jewel to live with, God’s richest blessings are on the way & your at peace.
