Honors Courses • Seniors are able to take Honors and AP classes. It is recommended that you speak with your current core subject area teacher and get their recommendation for these classes.
Advanced Credit • You can take courses at FHHS that count as college credit. These are Advanced Credit courses. These courses are offered through University of Missouri – St. Louis or Lindenwood University. Calculus Marketing II Art History Spanish III IV Adv. Automated Accounting
Advanced Placement • Advanced Placement courses are FHHS courses that are college level. If the national exam is successfully completed, college credit or advanced placement in college courses may result. A+ Program • ARE YOU SIGNED UP? • If you have completed your obligations, you can be certified as an A+ student and receive tuition benefits in the future. • Tutoring must be complete by December of senior year. • Next training session is November 17
Dual Enrollment • Dual enrollment at SCC if you have minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. • If enrolled in 5 credit classes at FHHS a then minimum of 3 credit hours at SCC.
Dual Enrollment • Students should not plan on leaving the FHHS campus before 12:30 • We cannot guarantee a five-period day. • Applications available in guidance office.
Work Program • Business/Cooperative Work Experience • Marketing/Cooperative Work Experience • Culinary Arts/Cooperative Work Experience Enrolled in a minimum of 5 credit classes at FHHS. Students should not anticipate leaving the FHHS campus until 12:30 We cannot guarantee a five-period day.

Cum Laude • Recognized at graduation. • 4.2 and above summa cum laude • 4.0-4.19 magna cum laude • 3.8-3.99 cum laude • 27 credits earned • Completed 4 units in each of core areas • Earned a minimum of a proficient in all but one End of Course exams taken over high school coursework • 27 on ACT or a combined 1220 on 2 of 3 sections on SAT • Attended at least one year at Francis Howell High School
