Amen.

A school where the benefits of civilised life are shared and everyone can enjoy themselves; a school where tolerance and mutual respect exist; a school where peace and justice go together, and justice is guided by love. Give us the inspiration and courage to build a community of love. Amen.

  4. Friday 6th SeptemberTomorrow we rememberthe birthday of The Blessed Virgin Mary When was the Mother of God born? We can't know for certain, of course, but for almost 15 centuries now, the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary has been celebrated on September 8. Those who are quick with math have already figured out that September 8 is exactly nine months after December 8-the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.

Father of mercy,give your people help and strength from heaven.The birth of the Virgin Mary's Sonwas the dawn of our salvation.May this celebration of her birthdaybring us closer to lasting peace.Grant this though our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son,who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
