  4. FY 2006 Appropriations(millions) • Bottom line: 2.8% increase vs. ’05 • $28 Million above ’06 Request • S&E: 11.5% increase vs. 05 • Conference figures are adjusted for 0.28% rescission. Note: FY 2006 Appropriations House, Senate, and Conference Reports include $14.88M in FY05 carryover from non-funding of RSVP, to state a total for MREFC at $208.23M, pre-rescission, and $207.69M, post-rescission.
