  4. Proposed NR 154 Rule Change • Revise sections of ch. NR 154 regulating agricultural BMPs to be consistent with recent updates to ch. ATCP 50. • Identify additional cost-shareable urban BMPs and their technical standards. AGENDA ITEM 4.A., Mary Anne Lowndes, Runoff Management Section Chief

  5. Consistency with ATCP 50 • For agricultural BMPs, ch. NR 154 cross-references ch. ATCP 50 which was updated in 2014 and 2018. • To maintain consistency with the state’s nonpoint source pollution abatement programs cross-references need to be updated.
