  2. 2019 Session Facts and Figures • Over 3,000 bills filed • Only 197 total bills survived the 60-day session • 207 education-related bills filed • 13 education-related bills passed • $21,848,530,267 total potential funds appropriated for education

Budget • The FY 2019-2020 FEFP increases total potential funds by $782,876,763 • After removing expenditures required by the Legislature, $146,975,092 remains of increased funds (1.1%,of the total potential funds) • $233,951,826 for Instructional Materials • 2019 Cost Analysis requested $396,509,092 (difference of $162,557,266) • Instructional Materials Allocation is $38 million lower than in 2007-2008
