Benefits of Improvement • Summary of improvement to date • What did we measure, • How does the change create value • Customer satisfaction, • Employee satisfaction • Saves overall time, • Saves money • Improves morale. • If you have not had an implementation cycle, discuss what the team believes will be achieved in the next cycle (30 to 60 days)
Next 60 Days Action Plan (version a: you have made some changes, but do not have enough data to call it complete) • Identify the Action Steps with target dates • Intent is to identify action steps to establish that the actions improved the process, and • To be able to submit a complete project status report (version b)
Report Out Summary • What improvements did you achieve • How are you going to ensure that the improved conditions will be maintained (control plan) • What metric will be measured • Who (the process owner should be defined) • Frequency of review/reporting • Executive Sponsor that will monitor the process
Next Project • Provide recommendations of what: • Metric should be improved ( reduced defects, cost, time) in the studied process • Where can this PI be replicated • What is the next problem that the team feels is a priority • What area has the most issues/defects? • Receives the most customer complaints? • Seems too slow? • Frustrates the team? • Where is the money? • Are there any key learning's to pass onto others?
