Data.gov – www.data.gov • Purpose: to increase public access to high value, machine readable datasets generated by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. • Catalog-based access to: • “Raw” Data Catalog • Tool Catalog • Geodata Catalog • Featured Tools – USGS Global Visualization Viewer for Aerial and Satellite Data • Ten million archive images of the Earth's surface are available for immediate selection and free download via the USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center's Global Visualization Viewer at http://glovis.usgs.gov/. Users can preview thumbnail browse images and download full-image selections from 1.5 million aerial photos of U.S. sites and 8.5 images captured worldwide by U.S. Earth-observing satellites.

Recovery.gov - www.recovery.gov • Supporting the development of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Recovery.gov site • Site announcement: • New and Enhanced Maps - The Recovery Board is introducing a new mapping capacity that will give the American people a road map on stimulus spending. For users' convenience, we have placed our maps on a single landing page. In the coming months, you will see state-of-the art mapping technologies allowing for even better tracking of spending. For now, use our enhanced State Map to track how much your state is receiving in stimulus funds. And take a look at our new Recipient Map detailing major awards to companies in your communities. • Maps are now incorporated
