  3. Welcome TestConX Authors Congratulations on the acceptance of your abstract! Welcome on behalf of the TestConX Technical Program Committee. The following guide is intended to make the process of creating a conference ready paper as painless as possible. Please take the time to review the checklist before you begin constructing your presentation. Our goal is to help you to present the best possible presentation! Author’s Resources(where to turn for help or with questions) Your Session Coordinator is Your Main Resource • He/She is a TestConX Committee Member • The Session Coordinator’s role is to help you • He/She will contact you upon abstract selection • He/She will provide their contact information • He/She can help answer your questions • Please do not hesitate to contact your Coordinator! Presentation Mechanics (1)(Brief Speaker’s Guide) What to expect as a presenter during your session • Authors in the current session sit at the front of the room to facilitate speaker transitions • Your session coordinator will assist you with the wireless lapel microphone • The moderator will introduce you (using a short bio that you provide) • You will control slide advancement with a wireless remote device • A pointing device will be provided (use it sparingly!) • A large monitor showing your presentation will face you • A highly visible elapsed time clock will face you (cannot be seen by the audience) • At the end of your talk, the moderator will solicit questions from the audience TestConX Presentation Guide & Template 1.0 (Replace with your title using Insert | Header and Footer menu)
