  3. Update Cont’d Employers of choice in the context of Service Delivery – Manitoba (Guy Gordon) • Collection of surveys from other jurisdictions • Explore the possibility of using the research on employee satisfaction as a driver for an employee satisfaction common measurement tool

  4. Update Cont’d HR Issues/Challenges for Interjurisdictional Service Delivery (ISD) Organizations – Saskatchewan (Don Black) Gather information from senior executives, managers, front-line workers and clients of public sector ISD organizations about the key human resource management challenges that they face and solutions that have been developed. • Research by questionnaire – May & June 2003 • Submit draft report to HR Sub Committee for approval – July 2003 • Final Report – September 2003

  5. Galleria Update • The Galleria is an office building bought by Federal government in downtown Regina that will house a number of federal departments in 2005. • A ISDG (Interjurisdictional Service Delivery Group) was formed earlier this year to examine possibilities for ISD at the Galleria. Second meeting held May 5, 2003. • Confirmed that space can be allocated within the Galleria for an ISD offering. • A Galleria Citizen-Centered Service Delivery Committee has been formed and will begin work Sept 2003. Could develop into a joint Fed-Sask-Regina pilot that may have applicability elsewhere and be of interest to the PSSDC-HR
