  1. “Emotion-Excited” Lessons 6-7 (Unit 2) 3rd Grade • Your teacher has asked you to write a composition about the most exciting situation in which have participated. • Before you begin to write, think about a time you were so excited you couldn’t sit still or go to sleep. • Now write a narrative paragraph about one situation that made you feel excited. • Your composition should have at least one paragraph. • Give details and enough information so your teacher will understand what happened. • Be sure to write clearly. • Check your writing for correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. • Use transition words to show sequence. • Use a variety of descriptive words in your writing.
