  4. Main target groups • 35 schools and 5 institutions • UU-counsellors have an office at each school • Guidance at school: 50 % Age 13 – 16 • Youth guidance: 20 % Age 16 – 24 • Guidance for young people with special needs: 30 % Age 13 – 24

  8. No official accessrestriction • The assessment is subjective • No universal definition • The education institutions make the final decision If a youngster is not readywework out a plan in order for the young person to becomeready to take on an education.
