HSE LEARNINGS. INCIDENT: Twenty four Galfar employees out of 144 residents in TAC, Nimr reported to Galfar clinic with symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhoea. The were treated with diarrhoea tablets and ORS powder. The symptoms subsided within nine hours. Root Causes:

HSE LEARNINGS • INCIDENT: • Twenty four Galfar employees out of 144 residents in TAC, Nimr reported to Galfar clinic with symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhoea. The were treated with diarrhoea tablets and ORS powder. The symptoms subsided within nine hours. • Root Causes: • Biological infection from food resulting in mild poisoning • Inadequate frequency of internal inspections and audits of HACCP.
