  2. September 6, 2016 Freshman English 9 Journal: Content Objective: We will be able to understand the explicit and implicit meaning of a narrative text. Language Objective: We will begin our “Group Video Narrative Project” Essential Question: If you were writing a story, how would you involve your reader so that they could not put the story down. English Practice: Women now compete in sports that were once limited to men.

  4. “The Most Dangerous Game” Create a 25 point bulleted list of events which summarize the main events of the story.

September 7, 2016---Freshman Journal Work • Continue creating your list of 25 events depicted in “The Most Dangerous Game.” • When you have completed the list of 25 events, form a partnership with someone near you. • Combine your lists and find additional events to total 60 unique events in the story, which when read sequentially retell the narrative. • Identify the Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, and Resolution. • Create a “clean copy” of the 60 annotated events on lined paper. Be sure to write in pen. Write the first and last name of each partner on the paper. Don’t forget to include the period. • Title the Paper “The Most Dangerous Game” storyboard
