  3. Schedule of Events • 6pm – 7pm: Interacting session for parents • 7pm – 8pm: Sharing session by students • 8pm – 9pm: Sharing on PRP by MrsKe @ drama centre

  4. Sharing Session • Objective • Let parents know more about you and your life in Hwa Chong • Academic, CCA, CIP… • Informal session • Be creative!

  5. Sharing Session • Student presentation format • Skit, play, musical performance… • Different student presenting on different topics and perspectives • Preferably 50 minutes • 10 minutes for parents to ask some questions

  6. Sharing Session • Brainstorm on various areas to be presented to your parents • Do not have similar topics • Examples: • Most enjoyable/worst moments in Hwa Chong • CCA experience/achievements

  7. Class Setting • Can move your class furniture around or put up decorations to suit the event • Extra chairs

  8. Present Giving Session • Involves all student • All students are to prepare a very simple present for their parents • Must be made by the student himself • E.g. Drawing or anything that tells them about your life in Hwa Chong

  9. Logistics • 2 ushers from each class to direct the parents • Take charge of the refreshments • All students are expected to direct their parents up to their respective classes
