Hypro TM GROUP Excellent Evaporation. Delivering Efficiency! Liquid CO Evaporation 2 Traditionally liquid CO is evaporated using either Steam or Natural air Or Forced air draft or Cooling tower water. However this way of evaporating CO has begun to change ever since Hypro introduced energy saving & energy recovery CO evaporators since year 2000. Several Breweries have benefitted with the system installed by "Hypro" and are reaping benefits. If in your Brewery Or Industry CO is still being evaporated using steam or air or cooling water, the news is that energy is being lost. However the good news is that if you install "Hypro" CO evaporators you will not just start saving energy but you will also start recovering energy. Steam based CO evaporators Evaporating CO using steam calls for lowest initial investment but highest operating costs. Using steam the CO is evaporated and heated to desired temperature. Usage of steam is a cost to the brewery and at times when boiler isn't operational for brewing process but runs only when CO evaporator is operating, the costs involved are nothing less than Huge. Evaporating CO using natural air or forced air draft calls for high initial investment Operating costs prima facie are lower BUT refrigeration energy losses are high. The meaningful possible refrigeration energy in CO is wasted in cooling ambient air which is not the actual purpose. 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2
Evaporating CO using cooling tower water reduced initial investment compared to natural air evaporator and saved on operating costs but the savings cannot be channelized to result in reduction of power bills. 2 "Hypro" introduced in year 2000 its Glycol based CO evaporation system which involves higher investment costs to begin with BUT with recovery and savings of energy the reduced power bills eventually pay off the investment very fast in 1.5 to 2 years. 2 Below is a comparison table for costs of energy saved or incurred while evaporating CO2. Why "Hypro" Glycol Based Evaporator ? CO Evaporation Medium 2 Cooling Water Glycol Air Steam Energy Recovered In TR/100 kg CO Evaporated 2.8 2.8 Nil Nil 2 Energy Recovered in Power units Kw/100 Kg CO Evaporation 0.25 3.0 Nil Nil 2 Energy Spent while evaporation kw 0.22 0.28 0.45 15 kg steam Net Savings kw +0.03 +2.72 -0.45 -15 kg steam Depending upon cost of power and steam in one's country savings can be arrived at based on CO consumption. Breweries which run on Dx Ammonia need not worry for not having glycol, Hypro offers a solution which will save energy equivalent to @ 90 % of what "Hypro" glycol based evaporator can save. Thus its evident that to save maximum possible energy in terms of Kw "Hypro" Glycol based evaporators is The Best Option. 2 www.design-lab.co.in 98222 34768 You can rely on "Hypro" for evaporating the liquid CO in most optimal manner and cut down on your operating costs. 2 For getting a techno commercial proposal contact "Hypro" and our team will assist you.
