Pasta salad • 1lb Pasta (you can use regular pasta, but sometimes I like to use Rotini)1 Green pepper (chopped)1 Red pepper (chopped)1/2 Asiago cheese (chopped)2 tsp Oregano1 tsp Parsley3/4 cup Olive oil1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar1 pkg Italian dressing mix1/2 tsp Salt1 6oz. can Olives (Black, chopped) Number of calories: 359
Directions:1.Boil water, place the pasta in the boiling pot, cook the pasta, drain, and then rinse with cold water.2. Mix the pasta with the peppers, cheese, and olives. Cover the bowl, and set in the fridge for about an hour.3. In a separate bowl mix together the oil, vinegar, parsley, oregano, salt, and the Italian dressing mix. Mix with the pasta before serving it.
