IDB Project work steps • Develop a pilot IDB for Butler County stakeholders. • Test IDB on five (5) major Butler County development projects. • Review project testing results and gain stakeholder feedback. • Prepare strategy with stakeholders for implementing the IDB approach in Butler County. • Assess pros and cons of IDB approach and determine feasibility. • Share results with Butler County stakeholders, State of Ohio, and other interested parties (including County Commissioners Association of Ohio [CCAO]). • Prepare final project report and deliver to Butler County stakeholders and State of Ohio LGIF.
