Bacon And Egg Muffin • Equipment: • 1 muffin/cupcake tray • 1 small bowl • 1 fork • Ingredients: • 2 rashers of bacon • 1 egg • 1 pinch of salt • 1 pinch of black pepper Preparation: none  Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius Crack egg into a small bowl and whisk Season with a little salt and pepper Line cupcake/muffin tray with bacon rashers Pour in egg Cook for about 15-20 minutes
