Supporting the Functional Capacity of Older People with Skill and Quality • To create tool package for supporting the functional capacity of older people • To collect, test, evaluate and develop new and innovative concrete methods and activities for supporting the physical, psychosocial and spiritual functional capacity • the carers and students developed concrete activities to be implemented in the supporting of functional capacity of older people

Supporting carers to move back to labour market • Assessment of carers concern to participate in labour market, job search, • Procurement of supply servises to replace carers: home care and institutional care • Providing supply services to carers • Activity plans for carers to enter labour market

Teleassistance Services for Dementia Syndrome and Alzheimer • Remote support and guidance services for patients’ relatives and carers. • Informational applications for families, groups of risk and individuals with early cases of dementia. • A Communication point for and between the patients’ relatives (families’ forum) and between relatives and professional health services.
