This software helps in determining which machine require maintenance and what spare, tools, skills are required • Helps in management according to informed decisions. • Determines repair versus preventive maintenance of each machine leading to better allocation of resources.
DESCRIPTION • Generates daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedule of equipment • This software is used for management to keep track of admin, employees, employees salary • Reports of every department, annul investment in hotel and cost report of every maintenance department feedback of skills ,procedure, spares ,tools used, condition monitoring, preventive, breakdown maintenance of every equipments.
DIVISION MASTER Show all added entry Division master is used to add all divisions that is involved in hotel. It is used to edit any already added division. It is used to Delete any already added division. It is used to clear all entry

TOOL MASTER-DESCRIPTION • Tool master is used to add all tools of all equipments and divisions. • Add description according to tool code and quantity available of any particular tool.
SPARE MASTER Show all added entry It is used to add all divisions that is involved in hotel. It is used to edit any already added division. It is used to Delete any already added division. It is used to clear all entry
SPARE MASTER-description • Spare master is used to add all spares of all equipments and divisions. • Add description according to spare code and quantity available of any particular tool. • Add cost of every spare according to spare code and description.
PROCEDURE MASTER-description • Procedure master adds all defined procedure of all equipments and divisions . • Procedures are defined on basis of daily , weekly, monthly ,quarterly , half yearly and yearly . • It is used to update any already added procedures, delete and view procedures.
CAPACITY MASTER-description • Capacity master is used to add all Capacity unit all equipments. • It is used to update any already added capacity unit, delete and view capacity unit.
CHANGE PASSWORD-description • In this passwords that has been set according to authorized persons according to role can be changed .
LOGIN MANAGEMENT-description • Login management adds new users • It is also used to update any already added user, delete and view user.
Employee Master-description • Employee master is used to add all employee • Add description according to employee code • It is used to update any already added employee code, delete and view.
Permit Master-description • Permit master is used to add all safety permit when maintences any equipment.
GENERAL ACTIVITY-description • General activity describes that what planning should be done according to daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis maintenance schedule. • Also defines the type of procedures ,spares, skills, tools and safety permit is to used. • This form tells planning of any activity.
GENERAL ACTIVITY ENABLES/DISABLES-description • Only adds values that is selected between selected activity enables and disable.
JOB ENTRY-description • This is the feedback form in which a particular employee according to his/her division, equipment and id will give his/her feedback at work place. • It also keep track of the employees who is doing some other employees work in his/her absence.
CONDITION MONITORING-description • Condition monitoring checks the condition of equipment according to division. • Employee name and no who is checking the condition. • Attribute to be used in condition monitoring process.
BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE-description • This form tells about emergency breakdown took place. • Types of skills, spares , employees and tools used for maintenance of breakdown. • Keeps track for the cause of breakdown . • What measures should be taken to prevent it for next time breakdown.
COST • Cost page keeps the record of total cost on every activity on basis of equipment . • Cost will also include the cost of spares ,tools, man-hours available.
BUDGET-DESCRIPTION • Keep track of total budget that is fixed for any particular division according to year.
EQUIPMENT MASTER-description • Equipment master keeps the record of every equipment on basis of division. • Contain complete details of every equipment from beginning to ending . • Tells the status of every equipment.
AMC-description • Adds the annual cost of every equipment according to date. • Updating can be done according to requirement and deletion can also be done.
NEW FAILURE MASTER-description • sudden breakdown of any equipment. • Description of breakdown equipment.
