  8. ? NAME = NAME=NOUN

  9. A noun is the name of anything. Now we are going to learn more about ‘Noun’

  10. Meghna, proper name of a river

  11. Cow, A common name for all cows.

  12. Iron, Name of a material

  13. A flock of bird, A collection of some birds.

  14. Kindness, name of an abstract thing

  15. Iron=Material noun Cow=Common noun Meghna=Proper nonn Flock=Collective noun Kindness=Abstract noun

  16. So, we have seen that Nouns are of five kinds.They are- Proper noun Common noun Material noun Collective noun Abstract noun

  19. 1.The thing, we can count is called countable noun. 2.The thing, we can not count is called uncountable noun. Chair= Countable noun Barley= Uncountable noun
