Through the adoption of an integration blueprint we obtained true buy-in and support from the business. This enabled us to leverage Tibco’s integration technologies to maximum effect and allowed us to cut costs accordingly, both for individual ANL business areas such as Advertising and Circulation, and for the Group Operations and Technical Services department that supports them.”
