The program overall is at 96% of the screening goal at the end of the fiscal year. • 5,533 women have been served so far this year. Breast and cervical cancer screening progress
American Indian Screening Initiative Screening goal = 1195 Overall – 75% or 901 screened Anticipate that our AI screening goal will be close to being met MAIWHC members are positive presence in their communities in promoting screening and support for the MCCP
American Indian Screening Initiative Approximately $270,300 has been paid for direct clinical costs for American Indian women screened through the program. $25,000 in Susan G. Komen for the Cure funding support the base payments for subcontracts serving Fort Peck, Crow, Northern Cheyenne, Rocky Boy, Fort Belknap, Blackfeet, Indian Family Health Clinic, and MT-WY Tribal Leader’s Council.
American Indian Screening Initiative $13,000 supported two MAIWHC meetings this year. $20,000 supported Journey Conference $14,000 supported two Digital Storytelling Workshops Local contractor site activities (ie. Pink Ribbon Bingo)
