In the tree level scale invariant model one finds that in general at finite temperature all masses are proportional to the temperature TThe termal average of the trace of the energy momentum tensor vanishes.Masses of O(N) bosons and fermions are of order T and so is the mass of the “would be” Dilaton and Dilatino.
