What do we do...? • Medequip provide Contracted Out Community Equipment Service on behalf of Health & Social Services • For those that are in need of Aids for Daily Living; the Prescribers assess the need and request Medequip to make a suitable delivery and/or installation to the end user in their home

  5. What do we do...? Provide a Service to People in the Community by: • Delivering Equipment • Collecting Equipment • Servicing Equipment • Storing Equipment • Recycling Equipment

  6. Not just a loan store…. We carry out Trusted Assessor work on behalf of contracts in service user homes or at our assessment centres. We have retail outlets for self Funders at our depots.

  7. The Present…. 17New Contract Implementations In the last 18 months we have successfully worked with 27 Commissioning teams to commence or renew existing relationships…. 13 existing Contract Retentions

  17. Support for your depot... • All sites receive the following support from our Head Office based at Heathrow: • Finance • Human Resources • Purchasing • ICT • Technical (QA) • Training Facility • Quality Health and Safety

Running your depot... • Our Customer Service Team of currently 2 people deal with in excess of 100 calls day • We contact all Service Users in advance and book a timeslot for Delivery/Collection and Manifest for Technicians • We arrange all minor adaptation work from processing quotations to arranging site visits
