11-0315243 Robbery / Istanbul Rest. & Cafe

On 4/23/11 at approximately 2054 hrs, an armed suspect robbed Istanbul Rest & Cafe located at 2631 Nolensville Pike. The suspect fled the scene in a grey Pontiac Grand Am. Suspect description: male white, 6’00”, 275 lbs, 35-40 years old, with a fresh cut below his right eye. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and light grey shirt.   1. 11-0315243Robbery / Istanbul Rest. & Cafe • On 4/23/11 at approximately 2054 hrs, an armed suspect entered the Istanbul Rest. & Cafe located at 2631 Nolensville Pike • The suspect immediately approached the front counter, displayed a handgun and demanded all the money. • The employee complied and the suspect fled the scene. • Employees followed the suspect and observed him getting into a grey, 4-door, 90’s model Pontiac Grand Am that was missing a left-front hubcap.
