FL-USA 400 8-Way Teleconferencing – Functions • As the Conference Chairperson, you can easily dial out to invite additional attendees! • Unlike less sophisticated products, the FL-USA 400 bridge provides intelligent dial out functions. • Adding a new outside attendee is simple: • Press # 0 to obtain dial tone from an outside line. • Dial the invited parties phone number. • Press # 9 to add them into the conference call. • If a busy or RNA is reached— the system will not allow adding it to the conference call in progress!
