  2. 5 Ways to Wellbeing The centre for well-being at nef (the new economics foundation) was commissioned to develop a set of evidence-based actions to improve personal well-being.

  3. The concept of well-being comprises two main elements: feeling good and functioning well. A high level of well being is described as flourishing.

  4. 1 minute portrait • In Pairs, each take a pencil and sheet of paper • You will have one minute to sketch each other • At the end of 1 minute, you will present your sketch to the other person

  7. Make a commitment • Select any one of the 5 ways to Wellbeing • Decide on a commitment you are going to make to fulfil that “way” • Write it on a post-it note • DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE YET!

  9. Warm up exercise • Build a duck • Using 7 bricks

  10. Now build a lego model of commitment you wrote on the post it note. • Depict the commitment and show you participating in the activity • How does it make you feel?
