  2. Current provision is almost all face to face, with a stable level of about 5.5% of list per week. This may rise – I would guess in the range 6-7% pw

  3. Average days wait is currently about 5 – this will fall to about 1

  4. Booking time is currently one very large spike at 8am. Initially this means having all possible GP capacity on calling back at 8 – but it will soon spread

  5. Book on the day is currently below 40%. Given the choice, we find patients will move this to over 80%.

  6. Spread of days booked ahead is broad, with peaks at weekly intervals. May reflect release of appts – or GP booked follow ups. Evidence shows that follow up telephone calls are least likely to be called in by the GP
