General information, laboratories for soil and leaf analysis, irrigation and water management 10:00 am -11:00 am Visit to the organic farm of ‘Chrisopigi’ Monastery. 11:00 am -1:30 pm Visit an organic olive producing company in Kolymbari (orchard, compost production, olive processing, oil bottling and exporting) 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Lunch (traditional food) in Kissamos 3:30 pm -5:00 pm Visit of greenhouses for organic and conventional vegetable production in Gramvousa (tomato and cucumber) 5:00 pm -6:00 pm Visit a vegetable packaging plant in Falasarna 7:30 pm Arrival to the hotels Marathi Tour1: Sightseeing excursion that departs from the Port of Souda with stops at the pretty fishing village of Almirida, Cape of Drapano, Marathi beach where you will have plenty of time to swim, sunbathe and visit the site of ancient Minoa. 8:30 am Departure from the hotels 9:00 am Departure from Port of Souda 5:00 pm Arrival to the hotels
