  10. Key clusters for each subgroup

  11. The most important slide: What actionable conclusions can I make about the data? • Not actionable: • We cannot solve “world hunger” • Actionable • Over the last year, GEN ED Math proficiency increased by 17.1 percentage points, while SP ED decreased 10 points and LEP by 6.7 points • Over the last year, GEN ED ELA proficiency increased by 22.1 percentage points, while SP ED decreased 1.9 points and LEP by 6.7 points • In the math clusters for all subgroups, the continuing issue seems to be in “problem solving” • For GEN ED the lowest cluster is Data Analysis/Prob, for SP ED its spread across all clusters, LEP have a strong suit in numerical operations, but not in patterns and algebra and other clusters

  12. Our PLC/CPT Challenge • How do ALL work collaboratively and intentionally, and consistently (given all the other issues that come up during the school day) to devise strategies that address these issues in our classroom instruction • How do we disaggregate this data into short lists for each CPT group so that we can start having conversations about particular student s that have particular needs for informing differentiated instruction and then planning that instruction together • Fact: It’s not easy but it is doable
