Way Forward • Agreement by ADs responsible for the TRILL and ISIS WGs. • A normative reference to a new document (draft-ietf-trill-adj) will be added to draft-ietf-isis-trill • draft-ietf-isis-trill will now proceed to the IESG for review and approval following the normal IETF process. • draft-ietf-trill-adj will be produced by the TRILL WG.

  3. draft-ietf-trill-adj Will provide a state machine description of : • Adjacency formation • DRB (aka DIS) election • Rules for two-way and MTU matching for advertisements • Creation and use of pseudo-nodes
