Having a “Community” when we are unable to be face-to-face • What structures and support systems are required to allow people to feel the same level of comfort when learning new things through collaborating and learning using “virtual” technologies? Classroom Technology Research • More recent research on technologies making a positive different for students • More with students who have learning issues • At risk, billingual, disabled • Few to none that focus on deafness • Deafness projects have primarily been grants through deaf/hh educational programs and have ended when the money ran out We will be sharing our reviews @ Deafed.net
