  3. Animals of El Salvador • El Salvador has animals including the called jaguar, crested, eagle, armadillos, marine turtle, quetzals, coyotes, pumas, monkeys, and deer. They also have lguanas, boa constrictors, crocodiles and many fish. They have 400 types of birds.

  4. Sports in El Salvador • Sports people play in El Salvador are baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, and volleyball. They also like tennis, swimming, water skiing, horseback riding, surfing and fishing.

  5. Government of El Salvador • San Salvador is the capital of El Salvador. • The leader of El Salvador is Mauricio Funes.

  6. Economy of El Salvador • El Salvador’s currency is called the colon.

  7. The culture in El Salvador • People speak Spanish in El Salvador. • El Salvador’s food includes beans, rice, bread and fruits.

  8. The flag of El Salvador • El Salvador’s flag has two blue stripes and one white stripe. A crest is in the middle of the white stripe.
