  2. Materiali e metodi • Analisi retrospettiva del database • 863 pazienti trattati dal Gennaio 1998 al Luglio 2012 • Gruppo 1: 773 casi (89,6%) asintomatici e sintomatici • Gruppo 2: 90 casi (10,4%) rotti, con evidenza alle immagini Angio-TC

  11. Follow-up • Valutazione clinica alla dimissione e Angio-TC a 1-6-12 mesi e dopo annualmente • Gruppo 1: 37,8 mesi (50,2 ± 41,4) • Gruppo 2: 21 mesi (37,0 ± 41,9) • 0,8 % dei pazienti persi durante il follow-up

  13. Conclusioni • Tecnica sicura ed affidabile sia in elezione che in caso di rottura • Alti tassi di sopravvivenza a 30 giorni anche in urgenza • Necessità di interventi secondari in entrambi i gruppi • Importanza del follow-up
