IMPLEMENTATION • TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE PMU ESTABLISHED IN LG&CD DEPARTMENT (DIRECTORATE GENERAL). • PROVINCIAL PROJECT DIRECTOR, DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER, FINANCE TECHNICAL DATA BASE ADMINISTRATOR & SUPPORT STAFF.

SUMMARY • THE PROGRAMME HAS GREAT POTENTIAL FOR CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS MEETING MDGs THROUGH CLTS BY EMPOWERING LOCAL COMMUNITY.
