  1. Sign your PTN and picturemail password. If you don’t remember it, use the options to reset the password.

  2. From the “albums” at the bottom of the page, drag and drop the entire album to the “download to my pc”. If the album has more than 50 images, you’ll have to open the album and press the CTRL while clicking each image until only 50 are selected at a time. Then drag to “download to my PC”

  3. This screenshot shows the event of you having to select images one by one. Once they turn “blue” then you can drag them all to the “download to my PC” option.

  4. If you’re using IE, you might get the security box to “allow the download” then you’ll get the “file download” box to save on the PC. For Google Chrome, you’ll get a pop-up box and the file will download in the bottom of the Chrome window.
