  3. What is the V show • PTO largest fundraiser supporting Field school and our children • Play written, choreographed, and acted out by Field school parents • Production connecting the school and family communities in one great cause

  5. Why become involved • Largest PTO fundraiser allowing parents support their children • Tradition & History • Lifetime memories • Learning about our community

  6. Why become involved • Develop Friendships • Extension of networks • Modeling to our children about volunteering and involvement in the community • Children love it

  7. Minimum requirements • No experience required • You decide how involved you want to be • You decide in what capacity you want to be involved

  8. Types of involvement • On the stage • Actor part • Singing • Dancing • Off stage • Helping with props • Helping with make up • Selling goods (T-shirts, tickets, etc) • Building stage • Tech deck

  9. Newcomers Brunch /Tryouts Sunday Newcomers • Meet for brunch • 1/8/2011 – Sunday • 10:30 am at Tolczyk’s House • 612 Austin, PR (Prospect/Oakton) • Going to school Everyone • Tryouts start at 1:00 pm in the Auditorium

  10. Schedule • Show practices start on January 8, 2012 • 8 weeks of practices • 2 weekends of performances
