Support team • Designate a team within the team to focus on fundraising • Leadership Opportunities • Display a chart showing progress • Be colorful and creative • Can be student specific

Working with your fear • Role play with team members • Critic – not everyone has had speech class • Attend at least 2 presentations prior to presenting

Sponsorship packets • Include, but not limited to: • Mission statement • Brief history • Budget • Goals (present and future) • Team’s needs
Correspond with sponsors • Thank-you’s, Newsletters, etc. • Helpful to create a data base • Organizes sponsors (past, present, and potential) • Power Point presentations • Know the presentation • Consistent, organized, professional, high tech. • Media Material • Media guides-brief explanation of the team • Slide shows, video, pictures, posters, etc.
