DM&A Data Deliveries • Instrument Teams: Imaging Science, Dust Flux Monitor and CIDA • These are routine, well exercised interfaces • Exercised during cruise and Annefrank flyby • Almost entirely automated • No interfaces with Radio Science (they will use NAV) • No interfaces with High Rate Science (they will use LMA) • Deliveries include science instrument data and SPICE kernels • Navigation • Deliver OPNAV images, Small Forces File and spacecraft attitude file to NAV • These are also routine, automated and well exercised CERR - C. Acton

  3. Planetary Data System (PDS) • Have made archival deliveries of instrument and SPICE data • 3 Deliveries for NavCam and 1 each for DFMI and CIDA • Completed Peer Review of STARDUST Data Products by PDS Small Bodies Node • Completed Science Data Management Plan • Approved by Project Science • Approved by PDS • At NASA HQ for Approval CERR - C. Acton

  4. DM&A Status • No first time events for Wild 2 • Prime and backup computers in place with mirrored disks • Personnel in place with backup • Support schedule worked out with NAV • Prepared to use manual process initiation to provide quick response for NAV if needed • DM&A is ready for Wild 2 encounter CERR - C. Acton
