Rice milling is the process which helps in removal of hulls and barns from paddy grains to produce polished rice. Milling is a crucial step in post-production of rice. The basic objective of a rice milling system is to remove the husk and the bran layers, and produce an edible, white rice kernel that is sufficiently milled and free of impurities. Depending on the requirements of the customer, the rice should have a minimum of broken kernels.

  11. ZCT1000 AUTOMATIC MINI RICE MILL PLANT Product Features: 1. Completely automatic operation from the paddy loading to finished white rice. 2. Minimum space required for installation due to integrated appearence design. 3. A feedback loop with a unique return husking design improves the efficiency of the machine by giving high yield per kilogram of paddy input. 4. A built in paddy separator eases the process of primary cleaning of the foreign objects in grain. 5. A fine grain correndum roll design used for whitening rice gives improved whitening accuracy and less breakage. 6. A dual port system for exhaust assists in removing the bran quickly from the rice in the polishing/whitening stage resulting in cleaner rice. 7.
