  2. LexisLibrary 2014 • What have we delivered so far this year? • 30 Day Extension to “My Documents” • Improved search - Legislation • What else is in the pipeline? • Current awareness enhancements • Historical Versioning* • Journals Distribution Service (JDS) Revamp • Bug fixes to date

  3. 30 Day Extension to “My Documents” Previously the limit was 24 hours This is a 3000% increase in storage capabilities on LexisLibrary! “My documents” area is the same apart from an extra column displaying when the documents will expire. 30 Day “My documents” folder now allows user to store documents for up to 30 days within the product. 

  4. 30 Day Extension to “My Documents” What are the benefits to you the user? • You can build up a suite of research documents over a longer period of time, without the pressure of completing that task in 24 hours. • Documents will still exist if you are away from your business, on holiday and when they come back after the weekend! What are the limitations & restrictions? • Not available for session based users (I.e. user who do not have their own ID) • After the 30 days the documents will disappear from the delivery cart • Occasionally documents are deleted, removed or expire within LexisLibrary.  If that happens when a document exists in your “My Documents”, the next time you access you’ll be informed with a messageit’s no longer available

  5. Search Improvements – Legislation Part of our on-going programme to improve Search Intelligent legislation search allows a user to look for any provision from the Legislation Quick Find search. You can: This takes a user to exactly where the need to go in one search, without having to go through a results list, or use the Table of Contents. LexisLibrary is the only legislation provider that allows you to do this.
