A decision will be taken whether to change settings or not. A fast algorithm based on Diakoptics N/W reduction calculates New settings. • Determine which transmission assets that are currently out of service due to a cascade switching are actually “healthy” and hence candidate to be placed back into service CB Performance Assessment Model Overview of Substation RATC Risk factor list Output Report Operational & Model Data Maintenance Needed ?
