Mu2e WGM. 5/2/2012 R. Ray Mu2e Project manager. Status. We have performed the second turn of the schedule crank ahead of schedule and are now producing reports. There is still a lot of checking and fixing to do, but we have made significant progress and are on track for the Lehman Review.

Status • We have performed the second turn of the schedule crank ahead of schedule and are now producing reports. • There is still a lot of checking and fixing to do, but we have made significant progress and are on track for the Lehman Review. • We continue to receive very strong support from the Lab in providing much needed resources during this time.   5. Project Schedule • CD-2/3a – March 2014 • Need to get CD-2 by 1st week of Feb 2014 to get construction funds in FY14. Must get CD-2 within 1 year of President’s FY14 budget request. • Director’s Review – Oct. 2013 • DOE Review – Nov. 13 (should probably be December) • Sign off – March 2014 • CD-3b – July 2015 • Key Performance Parameters achieved – August 2019 • CD-4 – January 2020 • CD-4 Milestone – February 2021 (18 months of float from KPPs) R.
