It was great. “…very charismatic speaker!” Abstract Catch this high energy presentation that brings to light the differences in nonverbal and verbal communication styles between Latinos and Anglos and how these differences can cause misperceptions, misinterpretations leading to misunderstanding. Mr. Cruz will address the common wrong ways to deal with the differences and provide tips of effectively deal with the differences to prevent misunderstanding. "Very powerful topic Excellent speaker.
