Individual has had 7 previous slips, trips, and fall incidents. • 2014 – Slip, trip and fall. Employee fell on ice. Ice removal not the states responsibility at this facility. Employee re-injured an old injury. Total knee replacement. Claim is on reserve at $85,000 will exceed this. Employee had 2 previous slip, trip and fall incidents.
